Member Service Representative- Bartow
As a Member Service Representative, a professional appearance, friendly personality, and effective verbal and written communication skills are very important. Job duties include providing outstanding member service, processing member transactions, handling member requests, promoting Connect CU products and services to new and existing members, opening new accounts, processing loan applications, and balancing a cash drawer on a regular basis. Additional duties will apply as proficiency is gained in these areas. You must display the ability to make decisions within established guidelines, the willingness to work within a sales environment and the ability to be a team player in an organization that values the spirit of teamwork. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be available to work Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 4:45pm.
